- Diced pepperoni100 g
- Diced carrot100 g
- Tomatoes100 g
- Olive oil or oil to taste
- Salt, pepper, paprika, chimichurri and green smell to taste
- Chopped garlic and onion to taste
- I put the beans in the pressure cooker with water, the carrot cubes and salt and cooked for 10 minutes. In another pan, I fried the pepperoni, added the chopped garlic and onion and fried it together. I added the beans, seasoned with pepper and paprika, left it in the fire until the broth was clear, at the very end I added the tomatoes, turned off the heat and finished with green smell.
- I sauteed the rice in olive oil with garlic and salt, added water, cooked for 10 minutes.
- I fried the eggs in a frying pan, seasoned with salt and chimichurri.
