  • Wheat flour1/2 cup
  • Grated cheese (parmesan or mozzarella)1/2 cup
  • Small medium onion1 to taste
  • Green Scent1 to taste
  • Salt, black pepper and sazom.1 to taste
  • Oil for frying1 ml
  1. Separate a container and mix the cooked rice with the vegetables and seasonings to taste.
  2. Then add the eggs and grated cheese;
  3. Then add the wheat flour little by little and keep stirring until you get the cookie point. (Note: if the dough is soft, add a little more flour.)
  4. Form a rice ball with the palm of your hand.
