- Grated cheese (parmesan or mozzarella)1/2 cup
- Small medium onion1 to taste

- Salt, black pepper and sazom.1 to taste
- Oil for frying1 ml
- Separate a container and mix the cooked rice with the vegetables and seasonings to taste.
- Then add the eggs and grated cheese;
- Then add the wheat flour little by little and keep stirring until you get the cookie point. (Note: if the dough is soft, add a little more flour.)
- Form a rice ball with the palm of your hand.
