  • Cooked Rice300 g
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Leek50 g
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Sliced Olives30 g
  • Salt, Oregano and Oil to taste
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Milk25 ml
  • Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl put the rice, the tomato cut into cubes, the leek cut into slices, the onion cut into cubes and the other ingredients. Baking Powder last.
  2. Mix well. Put the oil on a plate and wait for it to heat up. Then put a spoonful of the dough in the oil to fry. Do this until you run out of dough.
