- Salt to taste

- Olive oil to taste
- Wash the rice well and let it dry for approximately 1 hour.
- Boil the water.
- Heat a pan and add the oil.
- Add the chopped onion and then a clove of garlic and cook until golden.
- Add rice and salt and cook stirring for about 1 minute.
- Put the boiling water and leave the pan partially covered.
- Lower the heat and let it cook until the water dries up.
- Turn off the heat and cover the pan and leave for approximately 10 minutes.
