Coloque na panela óleo,alho e arroz e deixe fritar 

Put oil, garlic and rice in the pan and let it fry.

Adicione o milho e a ervilha e 2 litros de água fervendo 

Add the corn and peas and 2 liters of boiling water

Quando a água secar verifique se os grãos estão mole,se sim desligue.se ainda estiver duro coloque um pouco mais de água e espere secar a agua novamente.
