  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream100 ml
  1. Cook the sweet potato without the skin together with the beetroot without the skin. When the potato is very soft, it's ready. Mash the potatoes, adding a little of the beet water until you have the point of puree. Put margarine and cream and correct the flavor! Grate the beetroot and reduce it in a frying pan, adding the sugar little by little! When it's at the bullet or gum point it's ready!
