  • Red Onions2 unit(s)
  • Dry red wine100 ml
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoon
  • Water100 ml
  • Cold butter1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cut the onions into julienne (strips). Take it to sauté in the same pan in which you made the meat to enjoy that little bottom.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and sugar. When it starts to caramelize, add the wine and wait for it to reduce by half (or until you no longer smell alcohol).
  3. Add the water and let this sauce cook on low heat until it thickens.
  4. At the end, turn off the heat and add a generous spoonful of cold butter. This will bring shine and silkiness to your sauce. Serve it hot!
