Eggplant2 unit(s)
Mixed peppers3 unit(s)
Tomato2 unit(s)
Onion2 unit(s)
Ham300 g
Mozzarella300 g
Tomato Extract1 unit(s)
Olive oil5 tablespoon
Salt1 coffee spoon
Black pepper1 coffee spoon

Wash and cut the eggplants into slices. Cut the peppers, tomatoes and onions into slices. Cut slices of ham and mozzarella. Leave all this already cut. Reserve.
In the dish put the tomato extract with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mix.
Assembly: alternate the eggplant/tomato/pepper/onion/ham and mozzarella until finished. (See the photo, to get an idea of what I'm writing)
At the end , drizzle oil , salt , black pepper . Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
