  • Cabbage to taste
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • grated carrot1/2 unit(s)
  1. Cook the quinoa and set aside. I already had quinoa prepared.
  2. Grate the carrot and reserve. Chop the onion and reserve. Cut the cabbage into thin strips and set aside.
  3. In the frying pan, put a thread of olive oil and brown the onion, carrot and cabbage. Add the cooked quinoa and stir until all ingredients are incorporated. Serve warm.
