- Cooked Quinoa1 cup
- Cabbage to taste
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- grated carrot1/2 unit(s)
- Cook the quinoa and set aside. I already had quinoa prepared.
- Grate the carrot and reserve. Chop the onion and reserve. Cut the cabbage into thin strips and set aside.
- In the frying pan, put a thread of olive oil and brown the onion, carrot and cabbage. Add the cooked quinoa and stir until all ingredients are incorporated. Serve warm.
