- Quinoa Ready250 g
- Mushroom paris1 cup
- Chickpea leaf1/2 cup
- Medium white onion1/ unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Shoyo100 ml
- Black pepper to taste
- sesame oil2 dessert spoon
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Saute chopped garlic and onion in sesame oil.
- Add the chicory and chopped mushrooms along with the soy sauce. Cook over low heat until everything is tender.
- When cool, add the quinoa and pepper. Mix well and heat to serve
- I didn't add salt because the soy sauce has already saved it. But it can be added to taste as well.
- Add the juice of 1 lemon mixing.
