Quinoa Farofa with Carrots

- Quinoa150 g
- Grated Carrots1 unit(s)
- Garlic. Tooth3 unit(s)
- Onion1.2 unit(s)
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Water2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil and Black Pepper to taste
- In a pan, put the water, salt and quinoa, let it cook for at least 7 minutes or until it is al dente. Remove all water and set aside.
- In a pan put a thread of olive oil, the crushed garlic and the diced onion, leave the fire low, let it brown slightly.
- Then add the eggs, stir occasionally, when the eggs are fully fried, add the grated carrot and mix.
- Finally, add the quinoa and mix gently, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and add the green smell before serving.
