Quinoa Farofa with Carrots

  • Quinoa150 g
  • Grated Carrots1 unit(s)
  • Garlic. Tooth3 unit(s)
  • Onion1.2 unit(s)
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Water2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive Oil and Black Pepper to taste
  1. In a pan, put the water, salt and quinoa, let it cook for at least 7 minutes or until it is al dente. Remove all water and set aside.
  2. In a pan put a thread of olive oil, the crushed garlic and the diced onion, leave the fire low, let it brown slightly.
  3. Then add the eggs, stir occasionally, when the eggs are fully fried, add the grated carrot and mix.
  4. Finally, add the quinoa and mix gently, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and add the green smell before serving.
