- First, chop the onion and garlic and heat a little bit of oil in the pan. Also take the opportunity to wash the quinoa grains with the help of a sieve / colander
- Saute onion and garlic. First enter the onion, stir a little and only then add the garlic (it burns faster)
- Add the quinoa to the stir-fry and stir well to incorporate the flavor. You can also add salt and pepper at this point.
- Add a little less than two cups of boiling water to a cup of quinoa and cook over low heat, with the pan covered or ajar, until the water dries up!
- When dry, your quinoa is ready. You can also take the opportunity to adjust the salt and pepper right now :)
