  1. First, chop the onion and garlic and heat a little bit of oil in the pan. Also take the opportunity to wash the quinoa grains with the help of a sieve / colander
  2. Saute onion and garlic. First enter the onion, stir a little and only then add the garlic (it burns faster)
  3. Add the quinoa to the stir-fry and stir well to incorporate the flavor. You can also add salt and pepper at this point.
  4. Add a little less than two cups of boiling water to a cup of quinoa and cook over low heat, with the pan covered or ajar, until the water dries up!
  5. When dry, your quinoa is ready. You can also take the opportunity to adjust the salt and pepper right now :)
