- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Oregano1 teaspoon
- In a bowl, beat the egg, salt, chives and oregano.
- In a pan, add the oil and add the beaten egg.
- Add the mozzarella cheese on top
- Let it fry on one side then turn the other and let it fry too
- If desired, sprinkle more oregano on top to taste.
