  • Beef trimmings1 kg
  • Carrot200 g
  • Onion200 g
  • Salmon1/2 unit(s)
  • Blonde to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Olive oil30 ml
  • Water2 l
  1. In a pan with olive oil, place the trimmings and the beef bones.
  2. When they get a color, add the other ingredients.
  3. When it is well sautéed, add the water, lower the heat and let it simmer for at least 1 hour or 1 hour and a half.
  4. Then, let it cool and strain, keeping the broth in containers or ice cubes to use when needed.
