- Steamed Jerimum (pumpkin)500 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Coconut milk1 cup
- Salt1 to taste
- Steam the jerimum. The more orange it is, the sweeter and tastier it is.
- Knead the Jerimum, I usually pass it through a sieve and it stays fine.
- Add butter and salt.
- Take to the fire, adding the coconut milk little by little and cook until it has a puree texture.
- This dish is well consumed at Easter here in the Northeast.
