  • Steamed Jerimum (pumpkin)500 g
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Coconut milk1 cup
  • Salt1 to taste
  1. Steam the jerimum. The more orange it is, the sweeter and tastier it is.
  2. Knead the Jerimum, I usually pass it through a sieve and it stays fine.
  3. Add butter and salt.
  4. Take to the fire, adding the coconut milk little by little and cook until it has a puree texture.
  5. This dish is well consumed at Easter here in the Northeast.
