- Milk1/2 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ginger Powder1/2 teaspoon
- Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
- Cook in a pan with water and salt until soft, at the ideal point for kneading.
- Drain the potatoes and transfer to a bowl.
- While the potatoes are still hot, add the ground ginger and the room temperature milk and butter. Mash everything with a fork or potato masher until smooth.
- Taste and adjust the salt. Serve warm!
