- Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
- In a pan with water and salt, add the potatoes.
- After the potatoes are cooked, remove and place to drain.
- Then, with a potato masher, mash the potatoes.
- Once this is done, place the puree in a refractory and add 2 tablespoons of butter, stir well until the butter melts.
- After adding 2 ml of milk, stir until all the ingredients are mixed.
