  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
  2. In a pan with water and salt, add the potatoes.
  3. After the potatoes are cooked, remove and place to drain.
  4. Then, with a potato masher, mash the potatoes.
  5. Once this is done, place the puree in a refractory and add 2 tablespoons of butter, stir well until the butter melts.
  6. After adding 2 ml of milk, stir until all the ingredients are mixed.
  7. Then book.
  8. Cut the 3 slices of sausage sausage into slices.
  9. In a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, place the sausages in slices to fry, stirring well.
  10. Cut the onions into slices and add them to the skillet with the sausages.
  11. Mix everything and add to the refractory.
  12. serve.
