- Potato300 g
- Pepperoni200 g
- Cherry tomato1 cup
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Milk2 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cook the potatoes until they are soft
- Once the potatoes are soft, mash and add the milk, butter and salt and black pepper.
- In another pan, sauté the pepperoni cut in half, along with the onion.
- Then add the chopped tomato and sauté until it reduces well.
- Season with salt and black pepper and serve over the puree.
