Puree peas with spinach

Cozinhe o espinafre e as ervilhas separadamente em água fervente por 5 minutos Escorra bem.Pique grosseiramente o espinafre, reserve.Passe as ervilhas no  triturador e reserve. 
Refogue  a cebola no azeite até que fique transparente.Junte o espinafre, tempere com noz moscada, sal e pimenta.Coloque as ervilhas trituradas e misture bem.Junte as raspas de limão , a manteiga e algumas gotas do suco de limão. Verifique sal e pimenta e voilà! Seu purê está prontinho para servir 😋

Cook the spinach and peas separately in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain well. Roughly chop the spinach, set aside. Pass the peas through the grinder and set aside.
Sauté the onion in oil until translucent. Add the spinach, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Add the crushed peas and mix well. Add the lemon zest, the butter and a few drops of the lemon juice. Check salt and pepper and voilà! Your puree is ready to serve 😋
