- Cassava1 kg
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Grated cheese1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Peel the manioc, cut it into small pieces, place it in a pan, cover it with water and bring it to a high heat;
- As soon as they cook and become very soft, drain the water from the pan and turn off the heat;
- Squeeze the mandioquinhas, with a fork or a juicer, add the butter, the milk and mix;
- Turn on the medium heat, add the grated cheese and stir until the cheese melts. If you need it, hit the salt;
- Sprinkle the green smell on top and serve.
