  • Cassava1 kg
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Milk1 cup
  • Grated cheese1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  1. Peel the manioc, cut it into small pieces, place it in a pan, cover it with water and bring it to a high heat;
  2. As soon as they cook and become very soft, drain the water from the pan and turn off the heat;
  3. Squeeze the mandioquinhas, with a fork or a juicer, add the butter, the milk and mix;
  4. Turn on the medium heat, add the grated cheese and stir until the cheese melts. If you need it, hit the salt;
  5. Sprinkle the green smell on top and serve.
