Coloque em uma panela o azeite para esquentar, depois a cebola e o alho até dourar.
Em seguida acrescente o restante dos temperos e refogue por cerca de 5 minutos.
Adicione o quiabo e a abóbora, deixe cozinhar por cerca de 15 minutos.
