  • Sour cream200 g
  • Mayonnaise250 g
  • Colorless unflavored gelatin01 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to grease the mold to taste
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender, except the unflavored colorless gelatin.
  2. After, make the gelatin but do not let it harden and put it in the blender with the rest.
  3. Hit briefly.
  4. Grease a silicone mold with oil and pour the mousse.
  5. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
