- Cornmeal250 g
- Water 1 liter and a half1 l
- Seasonings to taste1 to taste
- Vegetable oil1 coffee spoon
- Fry the seasonings (I used garlic, onion and salt) in the pressure cooker
- Add 1 liter of water and let it boil in the meantime.
- Dissolve the cornmeal in about 500ml of water and mix it with the boiling water in the pan.
- Cover and leave on low heat for about 15 minutes until you get pressure. Turn off the pot and wait while the pressure comes off.
- Serve with whatever you like. It's super creamy and delicious.
