Farofa to taste
Diced Bacon100 g
Sausage in small pieces100 g
Onion1/2 unit(s)
Garlic3 unit(s)
Green, red and yellow peppers to taste
Chives to taste
Smoked Paprika Seasoning to taste
Olive oil to taste
Tartar Seasoning to taste

In a pan, fry the bacon and sausage.
Then add the onion, garlic and peppers and fry well.
After everything is fried, add the Farofa, I use the seasoned one, but use whatever you like.
Mix everything very well and add the chives and seasonings.
Finally add the olive oil to taste to make the farofa moist.
Perfect accompaniment to a barbecue, beans, and whatever else you want!
