  • Potato5 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce150 g
  • Cheese150 g
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Butter30 g
  • Pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Thyme to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Cook the potatoes in just the salted water for 25 minutes over medium heat. We mash them together with the butter.
  2. Season with black pepper and oregano. Fry the onion in hot oil for 3 minutes over moderate heat.
  3. We add salt. Add the minced meat, fry for 7 minutes over moderate heat, add the tomato puree and season with black pepper, paprika and thyme. Leave on medium heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and add the parsley. Pour the minced meat over the mashed potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
