- First we will cook the chicken with salt and seasoning to your liking and shred it, reserve the water for later.
- In a pan we are going to fry onion, garlic and tomato once it is well sautéed we are going to put the shredded chicken add the salt pepper and the paprika remember the chicken water that we reserved let's put a glass of that water.
- In a blender we are going to put the cream of corn and the cottage cheese and beat it well, it will turn into a cream.
- We're going to put this cream together with that already braised chicken in the pan, we're going to let it cook for about 2 minutes until it starts to thicken.
- Place the creamy chicken in a bowl that can go in the oven, add the cheese on top and the straw potatoes. Ah, one more tip, this water from the chicken that is left over, you can use it to make rice and eat it with this fricassee. Hmmmm looks divine ♥️
