  • Butter3 tablespoon
  1. Cut the potatoes into cubes, carrots into slices, and put them to cook in salted water.
  2. Cook the eggs.
  3. The point of the potato, it is not soft enough to be mashed, just soft enough to chew, without biting it and feeling that it is hard in the middle.
  4. All cooked, let's drain the potatoes and carrots.
  5. In another pan, we will add 3 tablespoons of butter.
  6. Melt the butter, add the potatoes and carrots and add your favorite seasonings.
  7. Finally, cut the eggs, and add them to the potatoes, add (if you want) parsley and chives to taste.
  8. Enjoy this wonderful potato, eat it still hot to get better.
