- Sweet Potato500 g
- Milk100 ml
- Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Paprika1 tablespoon
- Lemon pepper1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Cut the potatoes into 4 parts season with paprika salt and lemon pepper
- Bake in the oven or air fryer until golden.
- Beat the other ingredients in the blender milk cottage cheese flour and cheese
- Pour into a pan and cook until thickened.
- Serve over the potatoes
