Descasque as batatas e corte-as em rodelas.em uma panela ferva as fatias por 5 minutos,e reserve. Pegue outra panela e coloque o leite, a manteiga e a farinha, mexa bem e cozinhe em fogo baixo por 5 minutos. Coloque o sal e a noz moscada e misture até engrossar. Numa panela refogue a cebola e o alho no azeite e misture com o peito de frango e o molho barbecue, mexa bem.

Unte um refratário com a manteiga e cubra o fundo com as fatias de batata. Faça uma camada de creme e uma de frango, repita o processo e finalize com o queijo. Leve ao forno a 180°C por 40 minutos.
