Small potatoes4 unit(s)
Butter1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oregano1 teaspoon
Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
Parsley to taste
Chives to taste
Water500 ml

Place the diced potatoes in the hot water and boil for 15 minutes.
Then put the butter in the pan and put the potatoes without the water. Let them fry and turn when they are golden, put the salt to mix.
When they are well golden, add the crushed garlic and let it cook a little longer, covering the pan, until the garlic is golden too.
Finally, put the Parsley and chives. Serve immediately.
