- Medium Potatoes4 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Boiled Eggs2 unit(s)
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Cut the potatoes into medium cubes and cook with a little salt until al dente.
- Drain the potatoes, drizzle with the olive oil, add the chopped onions, also chop the eggs and add the potatoes, adjust salt and pepper. Add the mayonnaise and parsley and mix everything very well. Transfer to a serving platter and it's ready!
