- Milk1 teaspoon
- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Wheat flour, enough to insist.2 tablespoon
- Mozzarella slices for the filling to taste
- Whip the egg whites
- Add the yolks and mix the other ingredients, adding the flour little by little.
- Arrange the dough on a greased tray and bake in a hot oven for 25 minutes, until cut.
- Turn the pan over a damp dish towel, cover the dough with slices of mozzarella and roll the roulade.
- Spread the tomato sauce on top, then sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for a few minutes, until the mozzarella has melted.
- Serve hot.
