Numa tigela bata os ovos, junte a batata e todos os temperos .. misture.por ultimo o leite e o queijo..misture.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the potato and all the seasonings..mix.lastly, the milk and the cheese..mix.

Numa frigideira media tefal derreta a manteiga e coloque a misture e tampe por 5 minutos em fogo medio, vire num prato e volte na frigideira mais uns 5 minutos...mas olhe sempre com uma espátula ..

In a medium tefal frying pan, melt the butter and place the mixture and cover for 5 minutes on medium heat, turn on a plate and return to the frying pan for another 5 minutes... but always look with a spatula..
