- Potato400 g
- Mozzarella150 g
- Ham150 g
- Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Milk2 cup
- Nutmeg1 coffee spoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Cut the potatoes into thin slices, the ham and mozzarella cut into cubes and set aside.
- In a pan, make the white sauce, put the butter and crushed garlic and diced onion to brown. Then add the flour and mix well.
- Put the milk slowly and always mix. Add salt, nutmeg and black pepper. Mix well. Let the sauce thicken a little.
- On a platter put a layer of sauce, another layer of potato, cheese, ham and the sauce again.
- Make these layers until you finish the potatoes and stuffing. Bake until potatoes are soft. Serve on time.
