  • Potato400 g
  • Mozzarella150 g
  • Ham150 g
  • Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Milk2 cup
  • Nutmeg1 coffee spoon
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  1. Cut the potatoes into thin slices, the ham and mozzarella cut into cubes and set aside.
  2. In a pan, make the white sauce, put the butter and crushed garlic and diced onion to brown. Then add the flour and mix well.
  3. Put the milk slowly and always mix. Add salt, nutmeg and black pepper. Mix well. Let the sauce thicken a little.
  4. On a platter put a layer of sauce, another layer of potato, cheese, ham and the sauce again.
  5. Make these layers until you finish the potatoes and stuffing. Bake until potatoes are soft. Serve on time.
