Coloca as batatas para cozinhar na água com sal,depois de cozida,descasca e amassa com um garfo

Corta o cheiro verde e o alho bem picadinho e mistura na batata com a manteiga,o sal e o queijo ralado

Faz um rolinho e enrola em um saco e coloca no congelador para firmar por umas 2 horas

Roll it up in a bag and put it in the freezer to set for about 2 hours.

Retira do congelador e corta as rodelas e coloca para assar em uma forma untada com manteiga até ficar douradinha

Remove from the freezer and cut the slices and put it to bake in a greased shape with butter until golden.
