- Salt to taste

- Rosemary to taste
- Wash and dry the potato. Place each potato on a wooden spoon and make cuts every inch (the shape of the wooden spoon does not allow the knife to cut the potato all the way through). Leave 2 centimeters on the sides of each potato.
- Melt the butter, add the oil, rosemary, season with salt. Chop the potatoes with this mixture, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
