- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Cream cheese1 unit(s)
- Milk1/2 cup
- Salt0 to taste
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- (Topping) Mozzarella100 g
- grated cheese0 to taste
- Cook the potatoes, just to soften a little
- Mix all the ingredients (of the cream) and heat in the microwave just to melt the margarine
- Grease a platter with margarine or oil and assemble layers of potatoes and cream
- Finally (on top) cover with the mozzarella and grated cheese
- Put in the oven to brown
