- Parmesan50 g
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Cut the potato into medium cubes and place in boiling water for 7 minutes.
- Strain the potato, place everything in a refractory and season with salt and pepper to taste, olive oil and grate the Parmesan on top.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the refractory. After 10 minutes, stir the potatoes well and leave in the oven for another 5 minutes or until golden.
