  • Grated Parmesan3 tablespoon
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • warm milk1 cup
  • shredded mozzarella cheese to taste
  • Minced chicken breast1 kg
  • Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • Saffron1 teaspoon
  • Water1 cup
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Make holes in the potato skins and take it to the oven preheated to 240 degrees. For about an hour, in the meantime season the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic in a pan, add the oil and sauté the chicken until lightly golden. Add the onion and sauté a little more then add the tamate, saffron and water, adjust the salt and let the chicken cook until soft. When the chicken is cold, shred and add the green smell.
  2. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool. Carefully remove the core leaving only the shell cavity
  3. Use the whole potato core to make a puree with the milk, butter and grated Parmesan
  4. Stuff the potatoes with the mashed chicken and cover with grated mozzarella. Place in the oven to brown
