Asterix Potatoes

Com faca ou um descascador, descasque todas as batatas.

With a knife or a peeler, peel all the potatoes.

 Com a faca ou um mandolim, corte as batatas em fatias finas de 2mm e deixe de molho no vinagre.

 With a knife or a mandolin, cut the potatoes into 2mm thin slices and soak in vinegar.

Depois de cortar todas as batatas, retire-as do vinagre e seque bem, leve-as para cozinhar por 10 minutos.

After cutting all the potatoes, remove them from the vinegar and dry them well, put them in the oven for 10 minutes.

Retire as batatas da água, seque bem e leve-as para fritar até que fiquem “douradinhas”

Remove the potatoes from the water, dry them well and fry them until they are golden brown.
