- Potatoes, peeled in slices1000 g
- Milk1 l
- Butter100 g
- Wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Mozzarella150 g
- Parmesan50 g
- Nutmeg to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Cook the potatoes in slices for 6 minutes in water and salt.
- In a refractory, place the boiled potatoes and season with olive oil and black pepper.
- In a pan, melt the butter and add the flour. Mix to form a roux.
- Gradually add the milk at room temperature and mix constantly until it thickens.
- Season the sauce with nutmeg, parmesan and salt.
- Place the sauce on top of the potatoes, cover with mozzarella, sprinkle with oregano and bake in the oven to brown. Serve hot and enjoy.
