  • Potatoes, peeled in slices1000 g
  • Milk1 l
  • Butter100 g
  • Wheat flour3 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella150 g
  • Parmesan50 g
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Cook the potatoes in slices for 6 minutes in water and salt.
  2. In a refractory, place the boiled potatoes and season with olive oil and black pepper.
  3. In a pan, melt the butter and add the flour. Mix to form a roux.
  4. Gradually add the milk at room temperature and mix constantly until it thickens.
  5. Season the sauce with nutmeg, parmesan and salt.
  6. Place the sauce on top of the potatoes, cover with mozzarella, sprinkle with oregano and bake in the oven to brown. Serve hot and enjoy.
