Pot salad with butter beans

Em uma panela acrescente o feijão manteiguinha, sal a gosto, mais a água e deixe cozinhar. 

Para essa receita o ponto desse feijão é al dente. Quando chegar nesse ponto, retire bem a água e reserve.

Em um pote de vidro comece colocando o feijão manteiguinha já frio, agora o tomate cereja, o repolho, a alface e por último acrescentei tempero verde fresco.

Uma dica muito importante, antes de colocar no pote de vidro é preciso secar bem cada salada, se você colocar com um pouco de umidade, não vai durar essa salada no pote.

Eu gosto de usar tomate cereja, coloco eles inteiros, pois se colocar tomate cortado ele solta muita água e pode azedar sua salada.

Você pode acrescentar na sua saladinha: cenoura, beterraba, brócolis, couve crua…

You can add to your salad: carrots, beets, broccoli, raw cabbage…

É muito prática essa dica, e dura até 5 dias na geladeira.
