  • Vegetable oil1 tablespoon
  • Medium onion - cut into small pieces1 unit(s)
  • Sliced or grated medium carrot1 unit(s)
  • Green Spice1/2 cup
  • Peeled Tomato1 can(s)
  • Meat (duckling or mattress)1 kg
  • Brown sugar2 tablespoon
  • Shoyu light2 tablespoon
  • Water250 ml
  • Salt20 g
  • Black pepper20 g
  1. Put the oil in a pressure cooker and sauté the onion and carrot.
  2. Add the meat already cut into small pieces and seasoned with salt and pepper, and sauté a little longer until the meat starts to release a lot of liquid.
  3. Add the other ingredients, stir well, cover the pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes.
  4. After 30 minutes, turn off the pan, wait for the pressure to release, open and adjust the salt if necessary.
  5. Serve with your favorite pasta, in this case we went from Tortei!
