- How to do? Sauté the garlic, onion and meat broth, and then put 1 liter of water and let it boil! In a bowl put 2 cups of cold water and 2 cups of cornmeal and mix! When the water is boiling, put the cornmeal and stir well for the polenta to cook, then turn off the heat and place the polenta on a platter! Prepare the ground beef with the sauce and seasonings to taste, then pour it over the platter with the polenta and it's ready!
