- Polenta2 cup
- Water500 ml
- Salt to taste
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Ground beef500 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs200 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic
- Add the polenta flour and water
- Keep stirring until it leaves the bottom of the pan.
- Place on platter and set aside
- In a bowl, mix the meat, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs and egg.
- Make medium balls
- In a pan pour the sauce and put the meatballs and cook
- When done, place the meatballs and sauce on top of the polenta.
