- Pod250 g
- Sweet paprika1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Freshly ground coarse salt to taste
- Wash and dry the pod.
- Cut the paths and discard
- Place a large skillet over medium heat. When hot, drizzle with a teaspoon of olive oil.
- Add the beans and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Season with paprika and salt, and stir for another 1 minute. It's ready to serve!
- Obs.: the ideal is that the pods are golden and slightly soft. Don't let them cook too much so they don't get mushy.
