- Pitted black plums250 g
- Sliced Apple60 g
- White raisin30 g
- Sliced Onion60 g
- Very thinly sliced carrots25 g
- Brown sugar60 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Clove powder to taste
- Ginger Powder to taste
- Seedless Girl's Finger Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- White wine vinegar150 ml
- Reserve the fruits, onion, carrot and sugar in a bowl.
- In a pan put the salt, spices and vinegar. Cook over low heat until it boils.
- Add the reserved fruits and vegetables. When it comes to a boil, lower the heat and cook for 40 min. Stir occasionally until very consistent. Remove from heat, cool and store under refrigeration.
